Pejay Belland has worked in leadership roles, managing international teams for over 20 years, primarily in the education industry. She has experience in IT, marketing and operations and is passionate about harnessing technology for enhanced business performance. Combining her leadership experience with an MSc in Digital Transformation, a Masters in Coaching & Consulting for Change and a Certificate in Strategic Foresight, she draws on these skills from different disciplines to provide a holistic approach to her consulting missions. Using a number of different frameworks and methodologies from organizational psychology to process optimization, and from design thinking to futurist scenarios creation she helps her clients build agile and high performing teams and organizations.
